I am writing to bring to your attention a suspected case of SCAM/Fraud that may require investigation. Our team has identified [Redacted][Name] as the individual believed to be involved in this activity.
 
What this company does is, they scam authors in the United States and the scammed money they transfer it from their U.S. Bank to a Philippines bank. The company name in the United States is [Redacted][Organization]and the Company name in the Philippine Registered in SEC is [Redacted][Organization], but in DTI it is [Redacted][Organization]

Domingo, Quezon City, or to the NBI Regional or District Office nearest you and submit your complaint- affidavit together with all other documentary pieces of evidence that you may adduce on your behalf. 

You may also send your complaint via email thru crd@nbi.gov.ph. 

If unhappy with the response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by sending an email to foi@nbi.gov.ph Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request. 

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
