HI! I WOULD LIKE SEND A REQUEST OF MY REFUND
1. AT FIRST, IT SAID TO A SYSTEM OF NBI WEBSITE THAT I HAD TO PAY 130 PESOS + 30 FOR THE SYSTEM THEN I CHOSE THE GCASH AS A MODE OF PAYMENT.
2. NEXT, I FILLED UP THE FORM FOR MY COUSIN, WE'RE THE SAME FIRST TIME JOB SEEKER BUT HERS, IS FREE. 
3. THEN AFTER I REFRESHED THE WEBSITE AND RE-TAKE THE APPOINTMENT, IT SAID THAT IT'S FREE. SO NOW, I HAVE 2 SCHEDULE. I NEED A REFUND!
