Hi, I apply for an NBI Clearance Online Appointment today, November 11,2023 at 2:30 pm. The appointment schedule is November 13, 2023, 12:00 PM in Tanay, Rizal. But when I searched it on maps, it is too far from the place I am currently residing and it will take almost 3 hrs going there. Therefore, I would like to have a new online appointment in Baras, Rizal because it will only take almost 20 mins from my place.

If you inputted incorrect details or information upon registration, you can go back to your online registration and edit the editable wrong information PROVIDED THAT IT HAS NOT YET BEEN PROCESSED. 

Meanwhile, if you fail to appear on  your chosen schedule or date of appointment, you can appear any time as long as the reference number is unused preferably within a month.
