Ako po ay nagpunta sa BPP kahapon upang mag follow up para sa parole ng aking kapatid na si Renante Espejo y Pulta ,Prison #: L219p-0556 kasalukuyang nakakulong sa Leyte Regional Prison Abuyog Leyte. Ayon sa aking nakausap hihintay na lamang nila ang NBI at C. I para maipadala na ang notice sa biktima. Na e forward na na raw ito sa inyong departamento noong July 26, 2023 at hihintay na lamang nila ang inyong response. Ako po ay humihiling na masuri na ang Nbi record at ma iforward na ang resulta sa BPP nang sa gayon ay magawa na ng BPP ang sumunod na mga hakbang. Salamat

Maraming salamat po. Kahapon lamang ay akin itong pinuntahan sa BPP upang mag follow up hinggil dito. Ayon sa aking nakausap dumating na po ang resulta noong october 5 sa kanilang opisina. Ito rin ang dahilan kung bakit wala ng makitang request. Ako po ay lubusang nagagalak sa resulta ng NBI record sapagkat wala itong problema. Muli ako po ay nagpapasalamat sa inyong ahensya sa pagtanggap at pag cater ng aking request. Maraming salamat.

I refer to my letter of Oct 11, 2023 about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for FOLLOW UP NBI RECORD FOR RENANTE ESPEJO y PULTA. In particular, I had requested specific information for you to clarify upon in order for us to proceed with the request.
As we have not received a reply within the 60-day working period since the letter requesting for clarification was sent out, we regret to inform you that this request will be closed as of Jan 03, 2024.
You may wish to submit a new request describing the specific information you are looking for, and we will be able to consider it under the guidelines as stated in Executive Order No. 2.
