I would like to report a concern regarding the NBI process in SM Novaliches NBI. I was not able to get my NBI because they said that I should have a space in my name. My full name is Hanz Daryl Nepacena, and what was written in the NBI clearance was HanzDaryl Nepacena. I asked if they can edit it and said they couldn't, and so I asked for a refund, but they said no, and so I would have to order another one, which is a waste of time and money. 

Hoping for your quick response and for the refund to take effect immediately. Thank you very much.

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
