Greetings!

Thank you for your message under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

As regards your concern, kindly proceed to the Philippine Embassy of the country where you work as OFW. You will be given a form to accomplish which you will need to send to the NBI Main Clearance Center in Manila thru an authorized representative.
