Hi,

I would like to check our NBI office if there is any criminal record of Mr. Scott Alan Kent, an Isreali national but born in the United States.

He has a provisional passport with number of 29402095 (3-1000265-4) issued in Manila.

In case criminal record is found, may we know the status.

Thanks,
Bryan
