You asked for a copy of the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of a Memorandum of Agreement between the Parole and Probation Administration and the National Bureau of Investigation.

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance, this Office does not have the information you have requested. Please note that a Memorandum of Agreement has no Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR).
