Please be informed that if you inputted incorrect details or information upon registration, you can go back to your online registration and edit the editable wrong information PROVIDED THAT IT HAS NOT YET BEEN PROCESSED. Please note that if the NBI Clearance is already printed, you need to register online again. The NBI has the right to forfeit fees collected once transactions on the first registration with incorrect details. If you booked an online appointment schedule and the transaction has already been made and deducted from your bank account or wallet, but you did not receive the payment receipt or confirmation, don't try to pay again and book another appointment.
