Good evening I would like to request a report about 2 fake loan scams on facebook they offer a loan but there are fees I need my money back from them. 

One named ed ramos on facebook he took 1300 php from me

And another is hiram padala at puhunan cooperative I paid 300 and nothing was followed up.
