Good day! 

I would like to ask for your help in reporting and resolving a credit card fraud case that I experienced last August 2021. I have been coordinating with the card issuer (BPI) and the involved merchants (Shopee and Lazada) for the past weeks. The merchant Shopee was able to block the user account who used my credit card but they are unable to share the details and address due to the Data Privacy Act. They can only do so once they receive a subpoena as per their team. I hope I can further coordinate with you and ask supporting documents regarding this case Thank you

Domingo, Quezon City or to NBI Regional or District Office nearest you and bring the aforesaid documents. 
 
If dissatisfied with the response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by sending an email to foi@nbi.gov.ph Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.
