Hi as of today between 11-12 noon, someone called me from BPI and then transfer me to another call and asks some questions for the verification of my account and unfortunately I answered them correctly without knowing that it was a scam. She took my money using their gcash account.
BABALA: HUWAG IPAMIGAY ANG OTP. Your BPI account will be DEDUCTED P20,000.00 for a GCash top-up or payment with Ref no. 299373192. Use OTP 198369 to proceed with this transaction.
BABALA: HUWAG IPAMIGAY ANG OTP. Your BPI account will be DEDUCTED P5,000.00 for a GCash top-up or payment with Ref no. 299373448.

You may also send your complaint via email thru crd@nbi.gov.ph. 

If unhappy with the response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by sending an email to foi@nbi.gov.ph Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request. 

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
