Purpose: To pursue the admins/owner of the "Online Paluwagan". And to return the money they collected.

Hi! I would like to request on the:

1. I want to get back my money I gave, even though I have lapses of three times of deposits prior to closing of the batch's terms.

2. The admins of Paluwagan slot doesn't have an agreement signed and confirmed by the owner and it's members.

3. The owner uses divergent  business name. Her online store as well as the "Paluwagan" both use on her business name.

If unhappy with the response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by sending an email to foi@nbi.gov.ph Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request. 

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
