Hi! I would to request for the location of this person ( John Kier Lou Pamaran )

He is a online scammer. He pretend to be an owner of Facebook Page AXIE INFINITY which claims to sell/swap axie teams online. 

I had transactions with him and we agree to swap an axie team then, I send my axie team to him but he don't send the equivalent team to mine. Then suddenly he blocked me on Facebook and no axie team was given to me. In short, I was scammed. I have the FB Link of his profile and hopefully you can help me trace his location.
