Hi, I'm Dani Gian Carlo R. Razon requesting if possible to relocate my NBI clearance branch appointment, I already paid it online via GCash with Ref number: MP79R7RMCW
The website doesn't give me an option to choose where branch can I claim it. Then I tried to claim it on Starmall San Jose Del Monte branch they said my record is on Taft Ave. branch. I'm from Bulacan and my job is night shift from Monday to Friday. 
Please if possible to relocate my claiming branch to Starmall San Jose Del Monte or can I just refund so that I can set a new appointment as soon as possible.
