Hi. A foreigner reached out to me and boight my Samsung Note 10 plus as a gift to his supposed girlfriend who lives in Bulacan.
Item was 15K php

The guy was msged me from Zamboanga. 
He sent me screenshots of his payment via CEB and i had to reoly with the Lalamove link and amount. 

After delivery he told me CEB has a new regulatuon with min 25K transfer and that i need to shell out 10K for his bank to complere the transfer. 

His msged me using this no +63 926 316 8690/Antoni Gonzalens. Receiver was Aldrin Madrin 
09050918770. He wants me to send more money to 09754450860.

If unhappy with the response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by sending an email to foi@nbi.gov.ph Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request. 

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
