Greetings! 

I’d like to report. I am in transaction (an iPhone) with someone since January 25 but I have just discovered that she has been using the delaying technique on me. I already paid for the downpayment on the 25th of January, she promised me to have my unit after 7-10 days but provides reasons, has been delaying me even returning my money until today February 18th. I have a picture of her passport, I can provide screenshots of our transaction. Kindly advise. Hoping to hear from you soon.
