His name is Romel Mendoza, who said to be our property agent and said a licensed broker. 
He took money to transfer our title but did not. Also he made us fake notary on our first agreement for buying the property. I came to know that he had alot of victims regarding this kind of scenarios including he daugther from his first wife. I came to know he is transferring home from time to time and using 2 names and IDs, I hope you will do action on this.
