Hi! Im humbly requesting your good office to let us know what is the option that my mother needs to be done. She told me she didn't get the NBI clearance for the reason that she was being hit and for the record, she has a past old case and an alias warrant of arrest cases #22674 & 22679. I assume that the reason why she got hit status is that she had an old case before so I wanted to ask what our option to clear my mother's case? We have the proof of payment that we already settled the amount that we owed to Ms/ Melanie D. Marce.
Hoping for help to resolve and cleared my mom's case.

Greetings!

Thank you for your message under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

In the event that your mother got a "Hit" status upon applying for NBI Clearance due to a previous case, she just needs to present all the documents showing that the case has been settled, cleared, or dismissed. Once the documents are properly verified and validated, she will be issued an NBI Clearance.
