Good afternoon, 

i would like to request for an assistance to serve the warrant for Mr. Jerry Sy and Jules Clavano with criminal case number 28629. We already forwarded last year to Bacolod City Police but the accused were never touch. Mr Jerry Sy is one of the business tycoon in Negros and we filed estafa case for worth almost 6 Million pesos.  My lawyer already courses the case to NBI Negros but many months past, no update.  May you help us and hoping that this kind of situation especially involving big businessman will not be treated special, they are criminals and we are ordinary people
