I'am Mr. Marloun Tela Cariño a OFW here in New Zealand, I would like to report a scammer..i'am a victim of those said scammer by online loan company in our country..they using Telegram online.

This is the name of Bank account they using 

Mr.Ralf Richmond Daguio Palma
Account no.109487047345
Union Bank of the Philippines
 
He took a money from me amount of P 72,820.00 ,they like OFW victims on thier scam.
I' m willing to give a prove of evidence on this matter.
