This type of scan telegram group at first recruiter will msg you in whatsapps saying they looking for part- timer who can join to their company just only by clicking subscription and they will pay 50php/ subscription and they also provide a task which was not stating the will involve of money to invest
At first task of your choosen 1000 pay out they will you a task then after completing the 1st task they will asking for 2nd task that you need to transfer to the merchant of 5000 once done and complete the 2nd task they will provide another 3rd task that asking to transfer for 16.8k to 38.6

You may also send your complaint via email thru crd@nbi.gov.ph. 

If unhappy with the response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by sending an email to foi@nbi.gov.ph Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request. 

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
