Please help in locating this Indian national looking guy that hit my Fortuner at the rear right end of my bumper. By Running from the accident is a clear violation of our law. It just shows that he might be illegally or hiding something illegal.

Your immediate investigation is highly appreciated & might lead to illegal activities in our county.
