Scammed by hacked facebook account

On June 12, 2023, I unwillingly transferred a total of 60k to a gcash user without knowing that the person i am talking to is not my real auntie. I have sent 40k to Ralph Laurence Dy with gcash number 09278079678 and another 20k to Rodolfo Velasquez with gcash number 09977567807. On the same day after knowing that my auntie's facebook was hacked, immediately reported the transaction to gcash. The gcash has permanently disabled these accounts after submitting a police report. 
I would like to seek for your help to recover my money. Thank you very much

Domingo, Quezon City, or to the NBI Regional or District Office nearest you and submit your complaint- affidavit together with all other documentary pieces of evidence that you may adduce on your behalf. 

You may also send your complaint via email thru crd@nbi.gov.ph. 

If unhappy with the response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by sending an email to foi@nbi.gov.ph Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request. 

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
