I would like to seek assistance regarding unauthorized Credit Card transaction of a stolen credit card. The transaction were made in succession about an hour apart in different malls in Metro Manila from SM Manila as far as SM MOA and SM Aura. This has been reported immediately within 24 hrs to the police and to the Bank. I have personally had to ask and go to the Malls in question to at least get a CCTV picture of the perpetrator. The police was not much help. CCTV footage were available within the vicinity of the said malls. How to do I seek the help of NBI?
