Hi. I would like to get the last billing address or where can I serve my demand letter to Edgar S. Ledesma. He is a regular renter of cars to us. He entice me to rent my van going to manila and finance him with his personal food and allowance in return that he will gather passenger on back load but he abandoned my van somewhere in Matina and didn't gave me my money and lost of the things inside the van. He is nowhere to be found. I would like to know where his last whereabouts to serve his demand letter.
