Hi. I am a victim of a scam and would like to report a scam by a group of people who are asking money and telling people that they can get their money back but not. They are using CIMB Bank accounts and I have the names of those people along with their bank account number. Can we get their bank accounts blocked? I need to get my money back but they're asking for more money.

To file a complaint, request for investigation, or report any crime,  kindly proceed to the NBI Regional or District Office nearest you and submit your complaint- affidavit together with all other documentary pieces of evidence that you may adduce on your behalf. 

You may also send your complaint via email thru crd@nbi.gov.ph. 

If unhappy with the response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by sending an email to foi@nbi.gov.ph Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request. 

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
