Please help me to get my money back in the amount of 100,000 One Hundred Thousand Pesos, from the Metro Bank , Toledo City , Cebu Branch.
This case happened last Nov.11,2019.
I file this complain at NBI, Cebu Branch last Dec.2019, I forgot the case number.
Complainant Cherisa Sigue Cabatuan.
The total amount is One Hundred Forty two Thousand Pesos. The Forty two thousand pesos was already returned to me last April 26,2021, The remaining One Hundred Thousand Pesos was not yet returned, it was already in the hands of the case management of Metro Bank to help me, but until now, no response .
