Dear Sir/Madam,
The driver who got with an accident with me had his license currently confiscated in NBI Bulacan. I would like to request for a photocopy of said license, since it is required for the Insurance claim I filed against the owner of the dump truck he is driving.
I would be happy to send the details to your email once approved.
Hoping for your kind assistance, since the claim has been made last Sept 2019 and is still pending due to this missing document.
Appreciate your kind response regarding the matter.
