Hi! 

I helped my cousin create her NBI Online Account. 

As she is having difficulty with her email at that time, we opted to use mine so her NBI Online Acct can be set (for immediate appt setup).

We did not know that the email address can no longer be edited afterwards from our end.

How can the email address on my cousin's NBI Online Account be updated to put hers vs mine?

We sent a request via the NBI Clearance Portal (https://clearance.nbi.gov.ph/profile) while logged in to her account received no reply. All contact#s are also unreachable.
