I would like to request the said perpetrator to be caught for the violation of RA 9262 which is of service of sentence effective and uploaded 4 August 2023.

Concubinage is his additional allegation as per proof withheld.

I seek thorough reinforcement from your agency so that my life and my children's lives go back to their clear state.  Thank you very much for your discreet cooperation.
