Hi, may I seek your help in tracking down the person who owns this number that has been used for a scam?

I sent P9,000 to this person's GCash number using my UnionBank account in the hopes of getting concert tickets. This person failed to give me the item that I bought and I hope to track him/her down and report him/her to the appropriate authorities.
