Please help me to take back my money from a scammer. I ordered to them an item but I didn't get it. I transferred the money thru Seabank to their CIMB bank account. I already made a report to the bank both seabank and CIMB.

Here is the account number and name of the scammer

CIMB PHILIPPINES INC

ACCOUNT NUMBER: 20867601640221
ACCOUNT NAME: RL INC

Please do help me to take it back 🥺
