Mr. Henry Narvaez, offering a project for Coca Coca & san Miguel Corporation, he asking cash to the president of WEL Contracting Corporation, he received already estimated to 60,000.00 pesos. we found out at he is not connected to Coca Coca or San Miguel Corporation, ang he has too many complain in Facebook, he scam too many contractors.
