Scammer did not fulfill my order after I have completed my payment amounting to P3,000. 

Scammer posed as a legit seller of feeders. I made a downpayment of P1,500 on November 2, 2021 at around 11:00 PM. I completed the payment and transferred P1,700 on November 3, 2021 at around 10:00 AM. The Scammer has not replied since.

His Facebook username is Ynw Melly, the one with a cartoon profile picture.

His GCash number is 09050748654.
