I am writing to make a formal complaint against Maya Philippines user 0915 460 9486.
Today, I transacted online & purchased gold accessories from this user who introduced herself as the owner of dream gold ph, a direct seller/supplier of gold accessories.
As she has provided me with a business permit and valid IDs, I proceeded my purchase and transfer Php 13,605 from my RCBC account with reference number 1254244.

But a recent post in facebook confirmed that above user is a scammer and uses other person's Information (ID and permit).

You may also send your complaint via email thru crd@nbi.gov.ph. 

If unhappy with the response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by sending an email to foi@nbi.gov.ph Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request. 

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
