Hi,this is ivy a private citizen, i would like to ask a favor on your good office to pls make an action regarding PESOHERE & other abusive OLA Apps.That engage harrastment,unfair Debt collection, engage Data privacy violation,Public Shaming that can cause mental abuse of thier Victims. On the day of my due date i have recieve severals calls and text from different no. I asked them to give me some time to settle my account. But they dont allow it thier agent very rude they keep on sending me unlawful text they access my contact list and threaten me to post my picture on social media pls help.

Domingo, Quezon City, or to the NBI Regional or District Office nearest you and submit your complaint- affidavit together with all other documentary pieces of evidence that you may adduce on your behalf. 

You may also send your complaint via email thru crd@nbi.gov.ph. 

If unhappy with the response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by sending an email to foi@nbi.gov.ph Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request. 

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
