Good day.

I would like to seek help regarding the online scammer from San Pedro Laguna. I bought bag from the shop in Instagram (@fashionexpress_ph), I paid 1750 plus 145 shipping fee thru BDO, account name is Hazeline Mikee Apolinario. I received the package last Jan. 19 but item is wrong. I immediately contacted the seller thru their viber. They said, they will check. But until now, no feedback from them. I tried to contact many times on their cellphone no., viber and in Instagram but no response.
