Hi i am Jennifer Diola ans I would like to request a refund for NBI clearance payment due to the following reasons:
1. The date and time of my appointment that i had ticked in my online appointment is incorrect and i am not available in that date.
2. I wished to do another online appointment once my payment is already refunded in my gcash account.
3. These was my reference number MP5HFYKGFD, the payment was done Last March 28,2023.
4. This is a my gcash number where your agency can refund my payment 09982384966

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
