Greetings!

Thank you for your message under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

Please be informed that the NBI-FOI team handles requests for documents,  data or information on NBI programs and services.

Meanwhile, as per the NBI-Information System Management Division, if you booked an online appointment schedule and the transaction has already been made and deducted from your bank account or wallet, but you did not receive the payment receipt or confirmation, don't try to pay again and book another appointment. 

If you booked an online appointment schedule twice, and both are successfully paid, but you want to cancel and refund the other transaction, please call our customer support hotline number for proper assistance, and this will undergo a proper investigation before the processing of the refund request.
