Hi I would like to report a scammer on Carousell who is ignoring my requests on the status of a product I already paid for. 

I thought that the seller was legitimate because he was open to testing and meeting up for a laptop he was selling for cheap. He also offered me his driver's license to confirm.

I sent the payment through GCASH Bank Transfer and he sent me a waybill tracking number for Air21 that does not work. He said that he will get back to me after he was done with work but has not replied since. 

He said that the package was to be delivered on either September 4 or 5.
