This is similar request lately for telegrams.
The company name was NEWMEDIA Digital Marketing agency and the job was just writing reviews and comments until it change and they'll give you task then will encourage you to have a merchant task where you can able to get profit of 5%
At first they'll give you small task which you can afford then give you 2-4orders merchant task where you'll be obligated to pay to finish the task if you don't finish the task you'll not get the amount you paid for.
1st amount is 5k
2nd task 20k
3rd task 50k
4th task 100k
Where they'll say you can get it back in 5mins

Please I want help to also close those accounts and ban them from using any bank. The number used contacting me needs to be trace as well so the wouldn't scam more people. 
I was looking all the numbers they have used and there are more.

You may also send your complaint via email thru crd@nbi.gov.ph. 

If unhappy with the response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by sending an email to foi@nbi.gov.ph Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request. 

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
