I would to report this number 0917 136 4059 for texting my phone contact list and me with threatening our lives: she or he texted this way to me and my phone contact list 

"DAHIL  GINAWA KANG GUARANTOR NI "(name ko po nakalagay)"
NUMBER: (number ko po nakalagay) BUHAY NYO ANG KABAYARAN SA UTANG NIYA!  PATI PAMILYA NYO DAMAY DITO! MAG INGAT NA KAYO SIMULA NGAYON !! DEAD OR ALIVE PAPAHANAP KO KAYO! IISAHIN KO KAYO PATI PAMILYA NIYO.WALA AKONG ITITIRA. Posted kana rin sa buy and sell na kasabwat niya mang estafa buburahin kuna lang pagbayad nato.

Need for immediate help and action.

You may also send your complaint via email thru crd@nbi.gov.ph. 

If unhappy with the response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by sending an email to foi@nbi.gov.ph Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request. 

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
