I would like to request for a copy of the MOA between NBI and Parole and Probation Administration  regarding the deletion of criminal record on NBI clearance for person who has terminated or completed parole. Thank you.

Your Request

You asked for a copy of the Memorandum of Agreement between the NBI and the Parole and Pardon Administration.

Response to Request

Your FOI request is partially approved. While we aim to assist you in your requests for information, the NBI, however, has no existing MOA with the Parole and Pardon Administration. Although in order to provide a brief information, I enclosed a copy of Parole and Pardon Administration Memorandum Circular No. 41, series of 1991, for your guidance.
