I would like to request for investigation for being scammed online by the suspect. The date of the transaction is July 5, 2023; 1:54AM thru gcash bank transfer to Unobank costing PHP 32,815 which I already reported this case to gcash account and Unobank. The name used of the suspect is Ralph Gonzales Sampang which later I learned that it is an fake name used and the real owner of the name which is Ralph Mico "Coco" Sampang a famous Professional Mobile Legend Player is also a victim of the suspect upon contacting him. I would like the suspect to be arrested and hopefully receive my money back.

You may also send your complaint via email thru crd@nbi.gov.ph. 

If unhappy with the response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by sending an email to foi@nbi.gov.ph Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request. 

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
