Hi,
Good Day.
Would like to request for an investigation to the people who scammed me via telegram and gcash, I met this people in a dating app knowing she is real, until we have conversations onwards, until I didn't know what I am doing, I feel like I was brainwash and then we make a private video call without knowing he/she filming me and then after that, he/she threaten me that if I didn't give 10k, he/she will leaked those private videos of mine, hope you can help on this matter and trace this sex scammers to prevent victim another innocent people again, many thanks for you help.

Domingo, Quezon City, or to the NBI Regional or District Office nearest you and submit your complaint- affidavit together with all other documentary pieces of evidence that you may adduce on your behalf. 

You may also send your complaint via email thru crd@nbi.gov.ph. 

If unhappy with the response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by sending an email to foi@nbi.gov.ph Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request. 

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
