Hi,

I would like to file a complaint against these two online mobile phone shops, and their courier:
- Phone Shop Philippines (https://www.facebook.com/phoneshopph.ph/)
- Chill (https://www.facebook.com/chillphonesph)
- APEX Delivery (https://www.apexdelivery.net/)

I paid a total of Php 20,000 to purchase a mobile phone. I completed the payment via bank transfer (BDO to UnionBank) and GCASH, worth Php 10,000 each. However, as of this writing, I have not received an update nor the item.
