Hi!

I just want to report and complain the Online Lending Apps— 24hour Peso, BluePeso and Digido

1. Harassment, high interest rates, and in their app says to pay "120/150 days" but it was only 7 days!

2. A sample of the 3,000 pesos loan, the amount the loaner received was only 1,650. And the payment amount of the loan will be 3,500.

3. I badly need your help, since, they are harassing and threatening me with nasty and negative messages. They are invading my privacy and they are calling/texting my contacts as well.

If unhappy with the response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by sending an email to foi@nbi.gov.ph Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request. 

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
