Good Day, 

Can you please look into this scam called "Ayala Premier VIP." They claim to offer a part time job, but they are just collecting money upfront and will not allow you to withdraw what you have invested unless you put in more money into your account. There is also a previous report about it filed here. 

I have Php 5000 that they will not allow me to withdraw unless I give them more money. Here are the Gcash numbers they have used:

Domingo, Quezon City, or to the NBI Regional or District Office nearest you and submit your complaint- affidavit together with all other documentary pieces of evidence that you may adduce on your behalf. 

You may also send your complaint via email thru crd@nbi.gov.ph. 

If unhappy with the response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by sending an email to foi@nbi.gov.ph Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request. 

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
