Hi, I would like to file a report and request information regarding the account names and locations of these scammers who make transactions on my BPI savings account via fund transfer to Maya. The guy tricked me into providing OTPs as he transferred 120k to Maya. He also changed my BPI mobile app username and password, so I had to register a new account completely. He said his name is Angelo Cinco, if that's the real name. 

I have screenshots of all the reference numbers. Hopefully, I can retrieve the money back. I already asked BPI to block the account, so they can't do anything else.

Domingo, Quezon City, or to the NBI Regional or District Office nearest you and submit your complaint- affidavit together with all other documentary pieces of evidence that you may adduce on your behalf. 

You may also send your complaint via email thru crd@nbi.gov.ph. 

If unhappy with the response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by sending an email to foi@nbi.gov.ph Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request. 

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
